Website Updates

We have recently updated our website and made the following changes:

• Added the ability to select colors for each candle
• Added the option of selecting wood wicks for candles
• Added a wholesale registration form
• Enabled e-gift cards and gift wrapping as options
• Made adjustments to the shipping rates to lower shipping costs at all levels

Remember for wholesale orders we have no minimum amount and we offer Free Shipping on all orders over $75.

Candle Accessories Now Available Wholesale

Earlier this month, HeavenScent Soy Candles launched a redesigned website.  Of the many new features, one is the ability for us to offer all of our products, including candle accessories at wholesale pricing. 

Other changes are, new billing options, including a weekly payment plan for qualified customers.  We also have a new affiliate program, which allows you to refer customers to our site and you earn 10% of each purchase.  You can add your specific link to e-mails, your blog, or your website and earn money.  To sign-up or for more information visit our website and select "Become and Affiliate" along the left side.

The development team at HeavenScent Soy Candles has been hard at work perfecting wood wick candles.   We are pleased to announce that wood wicks are now an option on all of our jar candles. To order a wood wick, just select the wood wick radio button on any scented candle.  There is no additional charge for a wood wick.

Wholesale Candles for the Patio and Garden

Spring and summer are a great time to take your soy candles outside. There are a variety of uses from creating a welcoming atmosphere to using candles to keep pests away.

Creatively placing candles in an outdoor space can make any garden room inviting and relaxing. It is recommended that you use either unscented candles or an insect repellent variety depending on your needs. Any candle can be used outdoors and some are specifically made for that purpose.

Candles also can play a functional role on a patio or other outdoor entertaining area. Citronella scented candles will help repel gnats and other small insects around eating areas. There are also other combinations in addition to citronella that also work well.  These insect repellent candles have a citrus smell that work equally well as the citronella candles.  Again all of our candles are made of natural materials and burn as cleanly outdoors as they do indoors.

Overall, candles are a great year round way to relax. The soft glow of a burning candle on a summer night is sure to help you unwind

Perfectly Pennsylvania

 A selection of our soy candles can now be purchased at Perfectly Pennsylvania located inside the Harrisburg International Airport.   Perfectly Pennsylvania is a unique gift store that features items made by Pennsylvania companies. This shop is known for their unique gift baskets.

We are happy to be working with Perfectly Pennsylvania and are glad to have them as a distribution partner.

Private Label Candles

By default, our wholesale candles come labeled as HeavenScent Soy Candles.  Our labeling system consists of a hanging tag attached to the candle by a ribbon or cloth.  This tag contains information such as scent and size of the candle, and general information about soy candles.  Private labeling requires a one time set-up fee, the other label costs are already factored into the wholesale prices above for repeat ordering.  The initial set-up fees will be charged at the time of setup.

Labeling Options
Option #1 - Hang Tags

This option is to replace our hanging tag with your own brand tag.  Since this is easily developed and change for us, it is a fairly inexpensive option to label the candles.  The main part of the set-up fee is the time it will take to change the logo and basic information.

The cost for this option is $200 and is a onetime fee.   This does not include the cost of logo design if needed.

Option #2 - Candle Labels

This is a slightly more expensive option because it requires the design a label for each scent that you wish to carry.  This option does however, allow for

the most creativity.   You may either utilize our graphic designer services, or hire your own to develop the labels.  Our charge for the design varies on

the complexity of the design and the charges that we get from our designer. 

The cost for this option is $200 plus design fees (typically around $50 if you use our designer) to setup.   Design of a logo is a separate charge. There is an additional charge of $0.15 per candle for this option.

Soy Floating Tarts and Soy Warmer Tarts

Warmer tarts and floating candles are now available in a 12 pack!

The new 12 packs will replace our 10 pack sizes.  The change is the result of customer feedback about our tarts and floating candles.  Additionally, 12 packs are a more efficient size and are easier to produce in custom colors with less waste. 

Take a look at our new package sizes and order floating candles and tarts for your store!  Remember, we still offer individual packaging for wholesale customers which can increase your profit on these items.

Online Wholesale Prices

We have noticed some issues on the website with wholesale prices not appearing correctly in some categories for approved vendors.  An update is currently being applied to correct the issue and get all of the candles to show at the correct rate for the wholesale vendors.

Wholesale Product List Now Available

Our wholesale product list and product photos are now available to our wholesale customers at our website  and here on the news site. 

These files are meant to help make it easier for our vendors to list our products for sale.  These files are a work in progress so check back often for updates and new products!  We will post updates here to let you know when there has been major changes.  Currently we only have the candles on the site, but we are working to get a listing of all of the accessories and their related photos onto the sites as soon as possible.

In the near future we will also be posting new product lists and out of stock products at those same locations.  These new features will appear in the links section along with the product and image files..

HeavenScent Soy Candles now offers wholesale pricing on all of our handmade candles.  Upon request, warmer tarts, votives and floating candles may be packaged for individual resale.  Our candles come in over 60 scents which can be found on our website.  Shipping within the Continental United States is Free on wholesale orders of $75 or more.  Shipping on international orders will be calculated based on the weight of the shipment and the destination country.  International orders will show the shipping amount at checkout.  We also offer drop shipping services for orders being shipped within the United States and Canada.
